Chapter 9. Communicable Disease: Imposition of Restrictions on Individuals With Certain Communicable or Serious Communicable Diseases

Sec. 15. In carrying out its duties under this chapter, a public health authority shall attempt to seek the cooperation of cases, individuals with a communicable disease, contacts, or suspect cases to implement the least restrictive but medically necessary procedures to protect the public health.
