Chapter 11. Food: Eggs Offered for Sale and State Egg Board

Sec. 15. The: (1) members of the state egg board; (2) dean of the college of agriculture of Purdue University; and (3) employees of the state egg board; are not liable in their individual capacity, except to the state, for an act done or omitted in connection with the performance of their respective duties under this chapter.
