Chapter 18. Food: Transportation of Food in Trucks Used to Transport Solid Waste

Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter and except as provided in subsection (b), "solid waste" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-205(a). (b) The term does not include waste that is regulated under the following: (1) IC 13-22-1 through IC 13-22-8. (2) IC 13-22-11.5. (3) IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14.
