Sec. 1.5. (a) "ADA", for purposes of this title (except IC 20-23-4-19 and IC 20-45-7), means the average number of pupils in daily attendance in the school corporation, determined in accordance with the rules established by the state board. (b) "ADA", for purposes of IC 20-23-4-19, has the meaning set forth in IC 20-23-4-19. (c) "ADA", for purposes of IC 20-45-7, has the meaning set forth in IC 20-45-7-3.
