Sec. 45.5. Not later than July 1, 2027, and not later than each July 1 thereafter, the department shall: (1) compile a list of business and industry partners that provide guaranteed incentives to high school students who earn the honors employment plus seal; and (2) publish the list described in subdivision (1) on the department's website.
