The following text is published from the SECTION 49 of P.L.145-2026 that added IC 20-20.5-11-5.5, effective July 1, 2026. Sec. 5.5. A policy to provide employer liability and worker's compensation insurance coverage under this chapter is subject to the requirements of IC 27-7-19.
