Chapter 6. Consolidation of School Corporations

Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, "subunit" refers to the geographic territory of a school corporation as the school corporation exists at the time the school corporation consolidates with one (1) or more other school corporations under section 12.5 of this chapter.
