Chapter 7.1. Transfers of Vacant School Buildings to Charter Schools

Sec. 2.8. When a notice is given to an authorizer under this chapter or IC 20-26-7-47, the authorizer is responsible for notifying all charter schools authorized by or applying for authorization by the authorizer. The authorizer must provide the notice to charter schools not more than ten (10) days after the authorizer received the notice.
