Sec. 10. "Managing body" refers to: (1) the governing body; (2) the board of managers (as defined in IC 20-35-5-1(3)); or (3) any other governing entity; that has the responsibility for administering the school corporation's special education program or a special education cooperative organized under IC 20-35-5, IC 20-26-10, or IC 36-1-7.
