Chapter 6.5. Mathematics Screening, Evaluations, and Interventions

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "school" means any of the following: (1) A public school, including a charter school. (2) A state accredited nonpublic school. (3) An eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7).
