Revisor's Note: P.L.159-2026, SEC.31 changed the effective date of IC 20-51-1-4.3, as amended by P.L.213-2025, SEC.199, to May 1, 2026. Sec. 4.3. "Eligible choice scholarship student" refers to an individual who: (1) has legal settlement in Indiana; and (2) is at least five (5) years of age and less than twenty-two (22) years of age on October 1 of the applicable school year.
