Chapter 5.5. CSA Participating Entities

Sec. 2. To become a CSA participating entity, an individual or entity described in section 1 of this chapter must: (1) submit an application to the department in a manner prescribed by the department; (2) offer a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6(a) for enrollment by career scholarship students; and (3) meet any other requirements established by the department.
