Chapter 10. Postsecondary SEI Affiliated Educational Institutions

Sec. 6. Notwithstanding any other law, a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution is not subject to the following: (1) IC 5-14-1.5. (2) IC 5-14-3. (3) IC 5-11-1-9.
