Sec. 3. (a) "Board", for purposes of IC 21-44-5, refers to the medical education board established by IC 21-44-5-1. (b) "Board", for purposes of IC 21-44-6, refers to the mental health and addiction services development programs board established by IC 21-44-6-1. (c) "Board", for purposes of IC 21-44-7, refers to the graduate medical education board established by IC 21-44-7-2. [2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: New.]
