Sec. 1.5. A public building located on a: (1) homestead vendor's (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-1); or (2) small farm's (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-4); property (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-3.5) is exempt from this chapter and rules adopted by the commission.
