Chapter 10. Employer Contributions

Sec. 3. Except as provided in section 1(b) through 1(e) of this chapter and IC 22-4-37-3, each employer shall pay contributions equal to the amount determined or estimated by the department under section 6 of this chapter, IC 22-4-11-2, IC 22-4-11-3.5, and IC 22-4-11.5.
