IC 22-4-2-39 — Liability administrative law judge

Sec. 39. As used in this article, "liability administrative law judge" means a person who is: (1) employed as an administrative law judge under IC 22-4-17-4; and (2) authorized to hear matters described in IC 22-4-32-1.
