Sec. 6.5. "Workforce focused agency" means the following: (1) The department. (2) The department of education established by IC 20-19-3-1. (3) The commission for higher education established by IC 21-18-2-1. (4) The office of the secretary of family and social services established by IC 12-8-1.5-1. (5) The state workforce development board.
