Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "COVID-19" means: (1) severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or a mutated form of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2; or (2) the disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or a mutated form of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.
