Chapter 10. Employment Opportunities for Veterans and Indiana National Guard and Reserve Members

Sec. 12. (a) The commission shall receive, investigate, and attempt to resolve complaints of violations of this chapter from complainants in the manner provided by IC 22-9-1-6. (b) IC 22-9-1-16, IC 22-9-1-17, and IC 22-9-1-18 apply to complaints filed in accordance with this chapter.
