Chapter 33. Application and Definitions of Cemetery Law

Sec. 33. (a) "Vault" means: (1) an outer burial container that is designed for placement in a burial space or grave around a casket or alternative container; or (2) the container that forms the chamber of a crypt. (b) The term includes a burial vault, grave box, or grave liner.
