Effective 1-1-2027. Sec. 3. "Daily active users" means the unique users in the United States who: (1) used a particular online forum, website, or application at least eighty percent (80%) of the days during the previous twelve (12) months; or (2) if the online forum, website, or application did not exist during all of the previous twelve (12) months, used the particular online forum, website, or application at least eighty percent (80%) of the days during the previous month.
