Effective 1-1-2027. Sec. 1. An owner or operator of a social media provider that violates this article commits a deceptive act that is actionable by the attorney general under IC 24-5-0.5 and that is subject to the penalties and remedies available to the attorney general under IC 24-5-0.5.
