IC 25-23.5-2-6 — Adoption of standards; fees; renewal of licenses

Sec. 6. (a) After considering the committee's proposed rules, the board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing standards for: (1) the competent practice of occupational therapy; (2) the renewal of licenses issued under this article, subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e); and (3) standards for the administration of this article. (b) After considering the committee's recommendations for fees, the board shall establish fees under IC 25-1-8-2.
