Sec. 1. Notwithstanding IC 25-1-2, but subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e), the holder of a license issued under IC 25-23.7-5 must renew the license and pay the required renewal fee every four (4) years after it is issued on or before the date established by the Indiana professional licensing agency under IC 25-1-5-4.
