Chapter 19. Regulation of Pharmacy Technicians

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "pharmacy technician" means an individual who: (1) works under the direct supervision of a pharmacist licensed under this article; and (2) performs duties to assist a pharmacist in activities that do not require the professional judgment of a pharmacist.
