Chapter 23.5. Risk Management and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "insurance group", for purposes of conducting an ORSA, means insurers and affiliates of an insurance holding company system (as defined in IC 27-1-23-1).
