Chapter 36. Risk Based Capital Requirements

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "domestic insurer" means any: (1) insurance company; (2) health maintenance organization; (3) limited service health maintenance organization; or (4) fraternal benefit society; that is domiciled in Indiana.
