Chapter 43. Electronic Delivery of Notices and Documents

Sec. 8. (a) This chapter does not modify, limit, or supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.). (b) This chapter does not apply to a document to which IC 27-1-44 applies. (c) This chapter does not apply to a notice or document related to title insurance (as defined in IC 27-7-3-2).
