Sec. 15. (a) "Public health insurance program" refers to health coverage provided under a state or federal government program. (b) The term includes the following: (1) Medicaid (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.). (2) The healthy Indiana plan established by IC 12-15-44.5-3. (3) The children's health insurance program established under IC 12-17.6.
