Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "establishing a precinct" includes the following: (1) Dividing one (1) precinct into two (2) or more precincts. (2) Combining two (2) or more precincts into one (1) precinct. (3) Altering a boundary line dividing two (2) or more precincts.
