Sec. 50. "Former candidate" refers to an individual who was a candidate for an election and satisfies any of the following: (1) The individual has died before the election, including a candidate certified as deceased under IC 3-8-7-1. (2) The individual has withdrawn as a candidate before the election. (3) The individual has been disqualified as a candidate under IC 3-8-1-5. (4) The individual has been disqualified as a candidate under a court order issued under IC 3-8-7-29(d).
