Chapter 14. Child Testimony by Closed Circuit Television in Child in Need of Services Proceedings

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to an action to determine whether a child is a child in need of services under: (1) IC 31-34-1-1 through IC 31-34-1-6; (2) IC 31-34-1-10; or (3) IC 31-34-1-11.
