Sec. 1. The amendments made to IC 31-1-11.5-11(a) (before its repeal, now codified at section 99 of this chapter) by P.L.170-1988 do not apply to actions filed under IC 31-1-11.5-3 (before its repeal, now codified at IC 31-15-2-2, IC 31-15-2-3, and IC 31-16-2-2) that are filed before July 1, 1988.
