Sec. 127. (a) "Income payor", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16, means an employer or other person who owes income to an obligor (as defined in section 170(a) of this chapter). (b) "Income payor", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5, means an employer or other person who owes income to an obligor (as defined in IC 31-18.5-1-2).
