Sec. 196. "Qualified medical practitioner", for purposes of this chapter, means the following: (1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5. (2) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5. (3) A physical therapist licensed under IC 25-27. (4) An advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23. (5) A chiropractor licensed under IC 25-10. (6) A psychologist licensed under IC 25-33.
