Sec. 5. (a) The judge of a standard superior court shall appoint a bailiff and an official court reporter for the court. (b) The salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter shall be: (1) fixed in the same manner as the salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter for the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located; and (2) paid monthly: (A) out of the treasury of the county in which the standard superior court is located; and (B) as provided by law.
