Chapter 6.9. Application of Certain Statutes to the 1977 and the 1985 Retirement, Disability, and Death Systems

Sec. 4. The amendments made to IC 33-38-8-13 by P.L.28-2005 apply: (1) to participants in the judges' 1985 retirement, disability, and death benefit system regardless of whether the participants: (A) retired before July 1, 2005; or (B) retire after June 30, 2005; and (2) only to benefits first payable after June 30, 2005.
