Chapter 26. Real Property Suspected to Be Vacant or Abandoned

Sec. 4. For purposes of this chapter, real property is "vacant or abandoned" if it qualifies, or would potentially qualify, as either: (1) a vacant structure under IC 36-7-36-6; or (2) an abandoned structure under IC 36-7-36-1.
