Chapter 8. Effect of Orders Issued in Response to or Arising From a State Disaster Emergency

Sec. 1. This chapter applies during a period of a state disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-12 to respond to COVID-19, if the state of disaster emergency was declared: (1) after February 29, 2020; and (2) before April 1, 2022.
