Sec. 127.8. (a) "Family member", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-3-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-44.1-3-1. (b) "Family member", for purposes of IC 35-38-2-2.3, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-38-2-2.3.
