Sec. 169. (a) "Individual with an intellectual disability", for purposes of IC 35-36-2-5(e), has the meaning set forth in IC 35-36-2-5(e). (b) "Individual with an intellectual disability", for purposes of IC 35-36-9 and IC 35-50-2, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-36-9-2.
