Sec. 214. (a) "Offender against children", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-10, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-10(a). (b) "Offender against children", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-11, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-11(a).
