Sec. 90. (a) "Dependent", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-1-4, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-44.1-1-4(a)(1). (b) "Dependent", for purposes of IC 35-46-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-46-1-1.
