Sec. 11.4 (a) As used in this section, "commercial motor vehicle" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-31. (b) A unit may not adopt or enforce an ordinance that requires an operator of a commercial motor vehicle to obtain a permit from the unit to operate the commercial motor vehicle within the jurisdiction of the unit unless expressly authorized by statute.
