Chapter 4.5. Removal of Township Executive from Office

Sec. 7. The county executive shall certify the resolution to: (1) the county fiscal body; (2) the township legislative body; (3) the township executive; and (4) the clerk of the court in which the action is filed under IC 5-8-1-35; not later than ten (10) days after the date the resolution is adopted or the resolution is void.
