Chapter 24. Multiple County Juvenile Facility Authorities

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "facility" refers to the following: (1) A secure facility for juveniles (as defined in IC 31-9-2.1-223). (2) A shelter care facility for juveniles (as defined in IC 31-9-2.1-227).
