Chapter 30. Reuse of Federal Military Bases

Sec. 4. (a) The five (5) members of a municipal military base reuse authority shall be appointed as follows: (1) Three (3) members shall be appointed by the municipal executive. (2) Two (2) members shall be appointed by the municipal legislative body. (b) The five (5) members of a county military base reuse authority shall be appointed by the county executive.
