Chapter 32.6. Northwest Indiana Stadium Development District

Sec. 28. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, the Indiana economic development corporation is prohibited from designating territory located in the stadium development district under this chapter as an innovation development district under IC 36-7-32.5. (b) Notwithstanding any other law, the northwest Indiana regional development authority established by IC 36-7.5-2-1 is prohibited from designating territory located in the stadium development district under this chapter as a transit development district under IC 36-7.5-4.5.
