IC 36-7.5-1-12 — "Eligible political subdivision"

Sec. 12. "Eligible political subdivision" means the following: (1) An airport authority. (2) A commuter transportation district. (3) A regional bus authority under IC 36-9-3-2(c). (4) A regional transportation authority established under IC 36-9-3-2.
